The service
Real Retail Trading provides educational research and market data for retail traders. This includes:
- Futures positioning: a simplified view of how large traders are positioned, based on public regulatory reports.
- Options key levels: price areas highlighted from options market data.
- Newsletter and lessons: regular emails on what changed in the market and how to use the data.
We may add, change or remove features over time.

Real Retail Trading is not financial advice. Everything we provide, on the site, in the dashboard and in our emails, is for educational and informational purposes only.

- Nothing we publish is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument, and we don't offer signals or personal advice.
- You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Consider getting advice from a qualified professional before you trade.
Risk warning. Trading futures, options, CFDs and forex carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you expect, and in some products more than you deposit. Past market behaviour does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old to use Real Retail Trading.
Accounts
Members-area accounts are currently by invitation only; there is no public sign-up yet. If you have an account:
- keep your login details safe and don't share them,
- tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account,
- you are responsible for activity on your account.
Subscriptions and payments
We are not taking payments yet. Joining the list from our pricing card doesn't cost anything or commit you to anything; we'll simply email you when memberships open.
When memberships open:
- memberships are billed monthly, in advance. The current price is $50 per month. We'll tell you about any price change before it applies to you;
- payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider;
- you can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future billing, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for;
- all fees are non-refundable, including for partial months and unused time, unless the law requires otherwise.
Data accuracy
Our data comes from public and third-party sources, such as the CFTC's Commitments of Traders reports and options market data. It may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors, and our summaries are simplifications. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any guarantee that it is accurate, complete, timely or uninterrupted. Always check important information yourself.
Intellectual property
The site, dashboard, newsletter, text, charts, design and logos belong to Real Retail Trading or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own trading education while you have access. You may not copy, resell or republish them without our written permission.
Acceptable use
When you use the service, you agree not to:
- scrape, crawl or automatically download data from the site or dashboard,
- redistribute, resell or publicly share our data, levels or newsletter content,
- share your account or login with anyone else,
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the service,
- use the service for anything unlawful.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Real Retail Trading is not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or nothing, if you haven't paid us anything).
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that the law says can't be limited.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time, and unsubscribe from our emails using the link in every email. We may suspend or close your access if you break these terms, misuse the service, or if we stop offering it. If we close the service entirely, we'll tell you in advance by email where we can.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes, for example when we start taking payments. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top, and if a change is significant we'll tell you by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law / jurisdiction]. The service is operated by [legal entity name and registered address].
